UsageArc

Support

Email sangguen@2weeks.co and we aim to reply within five business days. Please include your platform, app version, and the provider involved. Never send an API key, token or cookie value in an email.

Trying the app first? On the empty dashboard tap Explore demo. It renders sample data through the real interface without a sign-in, an API key, or any network request to a provider.

Connecting a provider

Tap Connect provider and choose a service. Some services use an API key that you paste; others open their own sign-in page in your browser and hand back a code you paste into the app. UsageArc never sees your password — authentication always happens on the provider's own page.

A key is validated with the provider before it is saved. If validation fails, nothing is stored.

Common situations

A provider shows "Reconnect"

The stored credential was rejected or has expired. Open that provider and connect it again. For key-based providers, generate a fresh key in the provider's console. For sign-in based providers, run the sign-in flow again.

A provider shows "Unavailable"

The provider's endpoint returned an error or could not be reached. This is usually temporary. If it persists, the provider may have changed its interface — let us know which provider and we will look into it.

A provider shows no usage data

Some plans report no window until the current period has activity, and some accounts simply have no limit of that kind. The card stays visible so you know the connection is healthy.

The widget looks out of date

The widget shows the most recent data the app collected. It does not fetch on its own; open the app to refresh it. Operating systems also limit how often widgets may redraw.

Adding the home-screen widget

iOS: touch and hold the home screen, tap the add button in the corner, search for UsageArc, and place the widget.
Android: touch and hold an empty area of the home screen, tap Widgets, find UsageArc, and drag the widget into place.

Widget content can be visible to anyone who can see your home screen. Skip the widget if you would rather not display usage status there.

Removing a connection or your data

Open a provider and choose Disconnect. That deletes the stored connection from your device and clears it from the widget. It does not revoke the credential at the provider — do that in the provider's own security settings if you want it invalidated remotely.

There is no UsageArc account, and we hold no copy of your data, so there is nothing further to delete on our side. Uninstalling the app removes its local data as the platform provides.

Reporting a rights or trademark concern

If you represent a service referenced in this app and want a name or mark changed or removed, email sangguen@2weeks.co. We will action reasonable requests promptly in the next release.
