UsageArc

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 17 August 2026 · Applies to the UsageArc mobile app on iOS and Android, including its home-screen widget.

Summary. UsageArc has no user account and no developer-operated server. The credentials you add are stored in your device's secure credential storage and are sent only to the third-party provider you selected, directly from your device. We do not receive, store or process your credentials or your usage data. The app contains no advertising, analytics, attribution or crash-reporting service.

Who is responsible

This policy is published by the developer of UsageArc ("we", "us"). For any privacy question or request relating to this app, contact sangguen@2weeks.co.

What the app does

UsageArc lets you connect accounts you already hold with supported third-party AI services and displays the usage limits or balances those services report back to you. UsageArc is an independent app and is not endorsed by or affiliated with those services.

Information the app handles

CategoryWhat it is and where it goes
Provider credential Depending on the provider this is an API key, an OAuth access and refresh token, or a session-cookie value that you supply or obtain through the provider's own sign-in page. It is stored in your device's secure credential storage and transmitted only to that provider.
Usage data The usage window, percentage, reset time, request count, credit balance or prepaid balance returned by the provider. Held in app memory; a reduced summary is written to the shared storage the home-screen widget reads.
Widget summary Provider display name, metric type, a formatted percentage or amount, a window or balance label, an optional severity and reset text, and up to three summary rows. It never contains an API key, OAuth token, refresh token, session cookie or raw provider response.
Device identifiers None are collected, generated or transmitted by the app.
Personal profile data The app does not request location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health or calendar access.

How information is used and transmitted

Your credential is used solely to authenticate HTTPS requests sent from your device directly to the provider you selected. Responses are used to render the dashboard, the provider detail screen and the optional home-screen widget.

We operate no application server. There is no path by which your credential or your provider's response reaches us. We do not sell, rent, share or disclose your information, because we do not receive it.

Third-party providers

When you connect a provider, that provider receives your request and may process network and account data under its own terms and privacy policy. Your relationship with each provider is governed by that provider's agreements, not by this policy. Review the privacy policy of any service before connecting it.

Some integrations rely on provider interfaces that are undocumented or subject to change without notice, and may stop working or be withdrawn at any time. The Cursor integration in particular uses a session value you supply yourself and is unofficial.

Storage, retention and deletion

A provider connection stays on your device until you disconnect it, clear the app's data where the platform supports that, or uninstall the app. Disconnecting a provider deletes the stored connection from your device and removes it from the widget summary.

Disconnecting does not revoke the credential at the provider. To revoke it remotely, use that provider's own security or API-key settings. Because we hold no copy of your data, there is nothing on our side to request deletion of; there is also no UsageArc account to delete.

Security

Credentials are held using the operating system's secure credential storage. All network destinations used by the app are HTTPS, and the app does not follow HTTP redirects when sending an authenticated request, so credentials are not forwarded to an unexpected host. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure; where a provider supports it, prefer a dedicated least-privilege key and revoke credentials you no longer use.

Because widget content can be visible on your home screen and lock screen, do not add the widget if you would rather not have usage status shown there.

Children

UsageArc is a utility for people who hold paid developer or AI service subscriptions. It is not directed to children, and it does not knowingly handle information from children.

International use

The app performs no cross-border transfer on our behalf, because we receive no data. Requests you initiate travel from your device to the provider you chose, and that provider's own policy governs where and how it processes them.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when the app's data practices or shipped integrations change, and will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected here before the corresponding app version is released.
